Blue Gee Limited was incorporated from Poole Glassfibre Centre (Est.1985) in 2000. The business was formed to supply Glassfibre and Epoxy materials to Marine Chandlers throughout the UK, and has expanded to meet the needs of the home DIY enthusiast, Engineering and Industrial customers. Blue Gee formulated the first generally available multi purpose 2:1 epoxy system, which – whilst being imitated by other products – it is probably the most widely used system of its type available. Blue Gee have produced their own instruction book of some 300 pages including colour photographs, introducing the subject of glassfibre and resins from absolute basics, designed for the novice reader, up to advanced use of materials, including basic technical engineering design principles. The book not only provides instruction on 'hands on workshop practice', but also guides the reader by way of simple routes into the correct design of repair schemes and structures from the engineeering design point of view.
